APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
A credit card is required to book appointments.
Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
If no credit card is on file, an invoice will be sent to your email.
No exceptions to this policy.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A 50% charge of your scheduled service fee will apply if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hrs.
LATE ARRIVALS
If your are running no more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in your service being shortened or cancelled.
NO SHOWS
20 minutes past your appointment time is considered a no show.
A 50% charge of your scheduled service fee will be applied if you are a no show.
REFUND POLICY
Abundant Beauty's highest priority is to provide you with the best professional service and products customized for your skin concerns.
If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact Abundant Beauty within 24 hours after your appointment so the situation can be resolved.
